Established in 1993 by the charismatic Prithpal Rajput (aka the Funky Dholi), the Ministry of Dhol have evolved and become synonymous with the UK Asian music scene. The Ministry of Dhol team have played at a number of prestigious events at some of the most glamorous venues all over the world. Collaborating with and sharing the stage with some of the most highly respected musicians and bands around. They’re also leading the way with London’s first ever all-female dhol playing team; Miss MoD, featuring 6 talented young dhol players who know how to rock a party!
